Oil, dust, old coatings, adhesives, and weak concrete can reduce adhesion and lead to peeling or coating failure. A properly prepared concrete floor should be clean, dry, sound, and have the correct surface profile.
1. Inspect the Concrete Surface

3. Achieve the Correct Concrete Surface Profile
Removing the existing coating is only part of the process.
The prepared concrete must also meet the CSP requirements specified by the coating manufacturer.

4. Control Dust and Clean the Floor
